Triton Corp Limited is engaged in the business of IT and IT enabled services.  It posted a strong performance for the Quarter and Half-year ending 30th September 2007.

They are acquiring many companies since 2007 January.

On December 24th, 2007,  Triton Corp Stock Split was approved. The board of Triton Corp also approved the proposal to acquire upto 51% stake in Sapphire Global, a UK based company.

Promoters hold 91.99% shares !
